Experienced Estate & Trust Litigation Attorneys

Accepting Referrals From Other Lawyers In Minnesota And Nationwide

We focus on disputed trust and estate matters. We do not provide estate planning services. Many of the matters handled at Mason & Helmers are referred by other lawyers from small and large firms, both nearby and from across the country. Some attorneys seek our advice, some attorneys associate with us on a matter, and others turn entire matters over to us. When we complete the litigation matter, we often send the client back to the referring attorney to complete administration.

Focusing On Estate And Trust Litigation

The firm focuses on disputed matters related to wills, trusts, pre-death transfer of assets, business succession plans, conservatorships and guardianships. Our approaches include negotiation, mediation and trial.

Will Contests, Trust Disputes And Fiduciary Removal Proceedings

As experienced litigators and trial attorneys, we provide assistance to clients of other firms with regard to legal disputes arising from conflicts over wills, trusts and estates. The firm has experience representing fiduciaries, heirs and beneficiaries.
